Sivadon Logistics joins Amilo's regional network

BANGKOK/SINGAPORE, 15 August 2024 — Sivadon Logistics has joined the Amilo network, as Amilo's third acquisition in two years and its first move into Thailand. Terms of the deal were undisclosed. The move connects our established national network to Amilo's operations across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.

What Sivadon has always done — now on a bigger platform

We've built our business on a national logistics network here in Thailand. Joining Amilo doesn't change that — it puts it on top of a single platform spanning warehousing, fulfilment, local transport, delivery and cross-border services, already running across three other markets and now handling over 20 warehouses and a fleet of more than 100 trucks for over 100 customers.

What this means for our customers

The most immediate change is reach: within the next few months, we'll launch cross-border services out of Thailand, routed through Amilo's exclusive cross-border partnership with Belgium Post's Landmark Group. That gives the businesses we serve locally a path to customers well beyond Thailand's borders, without having to piece together their own cross-border logistics from scratch.

Looking ahead

Beyond the cross-border launch, the wider Amilo platform is getting a set of upgrades in September — new cross-border partnerships, price comparison features and dashboard improvements — that we'll be rolling out to our Thailand customers as part of the network. It's all in service of the same goal Amilo has set across every market it operates in: becoming Southeast Asia's first homegrown full-service logistics integrator.
